TITLE INSURANCE FEES How can Vineyard Title afford
to charge so little when other companies' fees are so much higher?
At Vineyard, we insist on every employee having the highest level
of honesty and integrity. We do not have to inflate costs in order
to provide income to an "affiliate or in-house” mortgage
or real estate company, and we refuse to provide kickbacks for
business referrals from realtors, mortgage brokers and lenders.
Although widespread in the title industry, kickbacks are both
illegal and unethical. As a result, the customer is actually paying
only what it truly costs for their title policy
and settlement services.

CONVENIENCE Title orders can be generated via
e-mail or fax. Closing documents can be delivered via e-mail,
Federal Express or UPS when necessary and viewed via our TransactionPoint
technology. The corporate offices are located in Boca Raton’s
beautiful Mizner Park, with additional conference rooms available
for closings throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Since its inception, Vineyard Title has provided two platforms
to make real estate and mortgage professionals lives easier: RealEC
and TransactionPoint.
TransactionPoint is a convenient software interface to Vineyard
Title’s computer system that allows parties participating
in a transaction to view the status of the transaction at any
time via the web. It also allows parties to view documents and
to e-mail one another. TransactionPoint's system automatically
sends an e-mail to involved parties each time their transaction
is updated. Agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, sellers and buyers
truly appreciate this added value that frees them to focus on
the things that they do best.
The basic services of RealEC are all free for qualified loan originators
– whether you’re a mortgage broker, lender or real
estate agent.
Loan packages are received electronically from most lenders. This
expedites the preparation of closing documentation. Each file
closed is electronically stored for quick retrieval and protected
by a security system ensuring the confidentiality and protection
of your records.
